[Ili_wlp_teachers] mid-term evaluations

Dear WLP Teachers:

Thank you for returning your mid-term evaluations. It
seems that all of you are doing a great job. Please
remember to give evaluations to people who wasn't in
the class at the time that you gave them. 

I left a copy of your class list in your boxes. Please
make sure that it corresponds with your students, make
a note if it doesn't and please put it back in my box.

There will be a set of class observations before the
session ends, except if your were recently observed,
by one of the Directors (Caroline, Director of
Programs, Karine, or David. You will get a notice a
few days before, don't worry.

There is a box with markers, both paper and whiteboard
outside room 3. If you use them for your class, please
put them back for other teachers to use them. There
are rolls of newsprint in the resource room, use as
much as you need.

Any teaching materials taken from the resource room
should be checked out, even if you take them for one
night. Use the list hanging on the door. The Resorce
committee is working on the room, doing an inventory
to make it easier for you to find the right materials
for your class. If anybody is interested in working in
a particular section of our library, or in need of
special teaching resources, please let me know.

On a final note, please help keep the classroms in
order, erase the white board and pick up your papers
and trash before you leave. We share the space with
many teachers and students, let's keep the classrooms
as we would like to find them when it is our turn to
teach.
