Colin,

My name is Dr. Elizabeth Love.  As part of my citizenship program, I direct
a Working English class once a week.  The students currently are from Iran,
Rumania, Japan, and China.  Depending on the makeup of the citizenship
classes, this can differ from month to month.

I spoke to my class and they would all be delighted to correspond with your
class.  Should we start with a few topics to start the conversation?  Here
are a few examples:

- What subject are you now focusing on?

- Are you using any useful materials?

- What have you found successful when working on everyday conversation?

My name is Colin Lightfoot.  I am a teacher for Simi Valley Adult School in
Simi Valley, CA
  USA.

  Students are adult ESL learners age from 18 - 60.
  Most are Spanish speakers, some are Japanese and Chinese.

  We are interested in chatting or e mailing with another ESL class or
English or any classroom that speaks English.

  We are in California Pacific Time Zone and classes are in session from
8:30 AM to 1 PM.
