[Icvv] icvv participation for 2006-2007

[Harold Smith]

My name is Harold Smith and I am coordinating the ICVV effort for a 
low-level ESL class taught by Lygaya Vopata.  Once we have a match, she and 
her class will do the acutal participation.  The class she has is mostly 
Hispanic and Southeast Asian, with a sprinkling of others.  She and I both 
think ICVV is a good way for her students to practice their language.  We 
may have other classes participate, in which case, I will send another
