Hi David,
This is Sophie from Melbourne, Australia. As you know I've been
participating in your program for a couple of years. It's been
etremely
interesting, increasing my (and my colleagues' ) students' motivation
in
learning the language.

I teach both English & CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) at
AMES (Adult Multicultural Education Services).

Currently I am teaching an intermediate ESL class of 22 young 19 to 35
adult learners who are new arrivals to Australia. The focus of the
program is further study (preparation for entry into tertiary
institutions viz colleges & universities). CALL is integrated into the
course. My students are all computer literate and have got email
accounts. They are interested in discussing various topics, exchanging
views via images, sound & text. They are particularly interested in
having partners in an English speaking country ie England or the US.
