[GLCnews] how do we make decisions?

Hi all-

As the GLC grows we are going after money. To get some
 of this money we need to have certain structures in
place- bylaws, a board of directors, a decision-making
process, etc. We need to talk about this and answer
some questions.

Who is a member of the GLC?
How do we make decisions in the GLC? 
Who gets to make what decisions in the GLC?
and many other questions I am sure.

We are getting together to start this conversation.
Please come if you have an interest in this and/or if
you have any background in any of this. For example,
if you are already involved in another
non-profit/community organization we would love to
learn how that group makes decisions.

The meeting will be Thursday 2/24 at 5:30 at The
Fortune Society. 53 West 23rd st (between 5th and 6th)
7th floor.

If you can't make it and you have some ideas about all
this please send them to the list.
