[GLCnews] literacy march at the republican convention

Hello-

A group of GLCers have been working together to have
an adult literacy/adult education contingent at the
Poor People's March on August 30th at the RNC.  The
major thrust of our work from now until the 30th will
be outreach to programs, students and teachers. Our
next meeting will be Wednesday 8/4 at 5:30 at the
Fortune Society(53 w. 23rd St between 5th and 6th- 7th
floor).

If you are interested in helping in the effort and
can't make this meeting, please let me know.
