[GLC] Popular Education Reading Group Gathering 7-12 at 6P

Good morning
   
  You are receiving this email because you have expressed interest in the Popular Education Discussion Group.  Our next meeting will be this coming Wednesday, 7/12/06, at 6:00 pm at Ana Maldonado's apartment in upper east side.  
   
  Ana's apartment is located at 229 E 84th St, between 2nd and 3rd Av.  It is apartment #2A.  
   
  It is accessible by 4, 5 or 6 trains to 86th street @ Lexington. You have to walk to 84th between 2nd and 3rd. Also M15 , M101, M102, M103 buses run very close. You can always call Ana at (212) 249 - 1613.
   
  At our last meeting, we discussed about nature vs. nurture, and our answers to some proposed questions as: 
   
  What activities am I engaged in, in classes and out of classes
      that develop civic literacy, critical consciousness and/or
  student/teacher actors in history?
  We can follow with those and we can bring new issues and proposals
