[GLC] House Appropriations Committee Approves Full Funding

Dear Colleagues:

Last night, the House Appropriations Committee voted to approve its
subcommittee's proposal to level fund adult literacy for next year.  While
this vote was not unexpected, its still very good news.  Now its on to the
full House of Representatives and then to the Senate.  Stay tuned....
