[GLC] Funding Restored By House Appropriations Subcommittee

Good news, hot off the presses.

We still have to get over several more hurdles, but there is certainly
reason for us to now be cautiously optimistic.

Congratulations to all of you and to all of your students.  There is no
question that this is the result of all your efforts, and the efforts of
our colleagues across the country.

The House Appropriations Sub Committee on Labor, Health and Human
Services, Education and Related Agencies has restored the entire $325
