[Fortune Math] math rosters

Hello evening math folks-

 

I just wanted to fill you in on some adminstrative stuff. 

 

Each class (level 1-2 (colin & ari) and level 3 (cecelia& maura)) has
its own roster. It is blue and on top of the cabinet next to my desk.
Please take attendance each night as we have to send attendance in every
morning.

 

Each class also has a yellow folder (these are in the same place behind
the blue folders). Please keep any work or handouts in this folder.

 

I typed up a "Nightly Class Update" form to help us communicate between
classes. I put a bunch of blank forms in each class' yellow folder.
Please fill it out at the end of class and leave a copy in the yellow
folder. You could also send an email with this info to this list after
your class.  

 

Cecilia, none of our students showed up on Thursday so tomorrow you can
just pick up where you left off last Wednesday. A print out of your
email about last Wednesday's class is in our yellow folder.

 

Colin, it was just Aristeo and Lenny last Thursday. Ari, could you send
a note to the list about last Thursday's class? Thanks

 

I will be here tomorrow but I will be gone before you come in. John
Kefalas will be around if you have any questions.
