Hello Eric and all the Fortune students in Manhattan!
I hope you are all doing well and here are some answers of most of my
English students
of my English class in our small outlet in Detmold/Lippe. We have written
down these texts in our last 2 lessons of English
on December 7 and December 10 and I have pasted them in for you. My
Christmas will be very family-oriented as always
and quiet and peaceful as ever. I am quite satisfied that a lot of fears
connected with the ugly terrorist attacks in your city
have not materialized and that it looks as if many of the perpretators
associated with these atrocities have already paid for their deeds or are
going to pay soon.
Be sure that I feel two times a New Yorker this year and that I am going
to light a candle for all of you over there in Manhattan on Christmas
Eve.
I wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year 2002.
Let's stay in touch and hang on to further exchanges as frequent as they
may ever be!
tree. It will approximately take two hours. In this time my grandmother
is going to prepare the evening meal, while my grandfather will line a
garment for his animals, like always at this day. In the evening we are
going to visit the church

unwrap the presents. On the next morning, at Christmas Day, we are going
to have a lie in. Approximately at noon I'm going to get up to have

What I'm going to do at Christmas this year! Dear students in New York,
This time I'm writing to you what I'm going to do at Christmas this year.
My family and I are going to spend the Christmas time in Austria. We love
skiholidays in the snow. In the morning of Christmas Eve we are going to
go skiing. After that we are going to give each other our presents. Then
we are going to eat something in a fine restaurant in town. After that my
parents are going to go to church. Because I don't like going into
church, me and my brother and sister are going to go into a pub or a bar
and celebrate there. On Christmas Day everything will be like every day.
There will be nothing special, except that we will have a headache from
the evening before. Merry Christmas. Katrin Steinert

What I'm going to do at Christmas this year! At December 23 1 am going to
work in the barracks. The work will end next day early in the morning.
After that I'm going to drive back home to Kassel. There I'm going to go
shopping to buy some presents for my family especially for my Mom and my
sister, but for the rest of my relationship, too. In the evening my
Grandmorn is going to visit us, we are going to have a well - tasting
meal. I hope it will be well-tasting. After finishing the meal I am going
to get my
presents, in the hope I like 'em. On the first Christmas Day my family
and I are going to drive to Frankfurt, where we are going to meet the
whole family. It will be quite hectic. The clan are going to go out to a
restaurant and eat together. Then we are going to go back and sing all
Christmas songs of the world. It is the part which I hate. And the best
thing will come after that, we will give each other the presents and
everybody will be happy. In the evening I will drive back to Augustdorf,
because next day I must work. Have a nice Xmas Peace Paquale Schneider, a
