> Hi Doretta! I'm Pasquale and I'm 22 years old. Now to your questions. I guess Bielefeld is about 3500 km away from New York and around Bielefeld are more hills than mountains but you can do snowboarding and skiing there in the winter. The population of Bielefeld is very big for Germany. There live about 500.000 people. You've asked if we have good places to eat. We've some nice restaurants, we've Italian, Indian, Turkish, Chinese and German restaurants, but my favourite restaurant is Mickey D's.
Germany is split up in 16 " Bundesländer", something like states. They all have their government, but there is a government over all governments of the states, like in the states.
You asked if we've boroughs and we've boroughs, but they are a little bit smaller and more unspectacular than Manhattan or Brooklyn.
Do you have Internet? In the Internet are million of pictures about Germany. One adress is www.Kassel.de. It's the homepage of my home town.
With the best wishes,
Pasquale Schneider
