[Cbcnetwork] finally, the resource list

Hi networkers,

    I was away for a week, so I apologize for the lateness in getting this to you.  Attached is the web-based resource list provided so generously by one of our network members.

    If you have internet explorer, the way to put this list into your "favorites" on the web is:

    Save the file to a Word file

    Once in the web, go to "file" then "open", then browse through your regular files and find the file you saved it as.

    Then hit open, and then "add" it to your favorites
