[Bestplus] Welcome Stacey Lubets to ACLS!

Hello, everyone--

I want to let you know how happy I am that Stacey Lubets, one of the BEST
Plus trainers, has joined the staff at ACLS earlier this month. From now
until about August, Stacey's time will be split between assessment projects
and her responsibilities as a Program Specialist.  Among her background in
assessment, Stacey brings with her extensive BEST Plus experience.  She was
a BEST Test trainer before Massachusetts adopted the BEST Plus, and she
administered roughly 1,000 BEST Plus tests while she was at Operation
Bootstrap in Lynn, Massachusetts.  In the next few weeks, Stacey will be
devoting more time to following up on some of the unanswered questions from
the September BEST Plus refresher (along with CAL staff).  If you have any
questions or thoughts related to your use of BEST Plus or to your role as a
state trainer, please feel free to raise the questions in the listserv with
Stacey.  If you would like to contact Stacey directly, her email is

capacity at ACLS to help practitioners and programs make assessment as easy
