[Bestplus] attachement -remediation policy

Hi again-
This is getting pretty crazy!! I was informed that the remediation policy
attachment cannot be opened. I'm sending it again in a work doc which
hopefully will help. The other attachments are on hold because they are too
large for the list serve. You should be getting them soon.
