[Bestplus] Sound quality on videotapes

Hi, everyone--

If you have felt that the sound quality of your CAL scoring videotape isn't
great, please bring your tape and CAL can replace it for you (or send you
one right after the refresher).  

Also, please go over the sections of the TAG that have changed or had new
material added before the Refresher so we're all prepared.
