[Bestplus] payment for attending the refresher

Hello, all--this is the last email from me--

We want you all to be paid for attending the refresher, and there are some
options for doing that.  One option is for you to be paid through your Staff
Development budget at your program.  Another option is for you to be paid
through your Program Development budget.  If these options don't work for
you or your program, we will look for alternative ways to pay you to attend.
I would understand if you may not be able or willing to spend your own
professional development budget (or your program's) to attend something that
is more along the lines of a required training, rather than one you choose
yourself.

I need to hear from each of you regarding which option you choose; please
let me know as soon as possible.
