[Bestplus] Refresher on 9/16

Hello, everyone--

I spoke with folks at CAL today about planning the refresher, and they asked
me to ask you all if it would be possible to meet at 12:30 pm instead of 1
pm.  We would be meeting until 5 pm.  Is this possible?  It would make the
tentative plan for the day a little more comfortable if possible.  I'll make
brownies! Please let me know.
