[Bestplus] Attachment with last "2 BEST Plus Updates" message

Hello, everyone--I heard from Betty that the attachment wasn't able to be
opened, so I copied it into the body of the email here.  If you have issues
with scoring like these two that cropped up, you can use these directions to
send the scores to Carol to look at. Please also cc me on it so I'm aware of
what's happening.  Thanks very much--

Hello Trainers in Training!

To send in the scores for the 20 practice tests you've administered, please
follow these steps:
	1.	Run the BEST Plus Test CD.
	2.	Click on "Run Score Management Software."
	3.	Sign in (password: "mexico").
	4.	Hold down the control button and left click with your mouse
to select all of the students in the Student List.
	5.	Click on "Export Scores."
	6.	You are offered the choice of exporting as a "Tab Delimited
text file" or an "MS Access Database file" Select "Tab Delimited Text File."
	7.	A dialogue box will open. There are two pieces of
information you need to change: the file name and location.
			a.	The default file name is "Score_Data_today's
date.txt" A file name for today would be: "Score_Data_4-12-2004.txt" Please
change the file name to "yourlastname_yourfirstname_PracticeTests.txt" For
example, mine would be" Abbott_Breana_PracticeTests.txt"
			b.	The default location the file will be saved
is to the BEST Plus folder on your hard drive. To make finding the file
easier, you can save the file to "Desktop" or to any other location (a
floppy disk or a network drive).
	8.	Once the file name is changed and the location is changed,
click "Okay." 
	9.	Quit the BEST Plus program.
	10.	Email bptraining at cal.org and attach the file to the email.
Please put a subject line of "Trainer in Training Practice Tests."
