Jus to be clear, could you list the approved supplementary handouts that you've given us so far:
 
Score Data Management 5-14-04 (replaces the one with the nice little graphic?)
ACLS FAQ - this is not an official BEST Plus doc, but could help at trainings, in case people need to be reminded ?
BEST Plus Proficiency Development Form
BEST Plus Training Evaluation (which needs a revision to quesiton #4 I think -- replace policies with procedures?)
 
There is already a full load at this training, and I certainly don't want to kill a million trees, but helpful resources are always good for people to have once they are back at their programs and "on their own."

Here is another training document that has been approved for use by
SABES, ACLS, and CAL: a tipsheet for setting up administrations and
saving score data at programs. We hope you'll find it useful.

Your regional CAC will have photocopies for trainings, but do keep a
hardcopy for backup.
