[Bestplus] New training tool

Hello folks,

The new BEST Plus trainings are moving right along and I for one am
pretty delighted with what I've seen and heard about so far.  

Here is another training document that has been approved for use by
SABES, ACLS, and CAL: a tipsheet for setting up administrations and
saving score data at programs.  We hope you'll find it useful.

Your regional CAC will have photocopies for trainings, but do keep a
hardcopy for backup.
