[Bestplus] How long is the BEST Plus training supposed to be?

Hi, everyone--

A question arose about how long the BEST Plus training sessions are supposed
to be.  The training is supposed to be 6 hours.  The way I remember it is
that the training we had in March was from 9 am to 4 pm, which is 7 hours,
because it includes a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks throughout
the day to bring it to 7.  So the content of the training is 6 hours, and
CAL doesn't want it to be shorter, which is why it's 7.  There may be
confusion around this since the old BEST training was 5 hours.  If you do
the training on a Saturday or break it into 2 parts (over two days), please
be sure to keep the 6 hours intact to cover the content, and add any breaks
in or lunch or whatever to the 6 hours.  Thank you!
