Thanks, now I understand what that number represents. For our purposes, the new number for FY05 is more relevant to each of our programs, but not so relevant to our activities at hand just now, correct?

trainers. It is based on our records from SMARTT, and reflects the number
of students who got BEST tested in FY03 in your individual programs. I was
using the information to figure out which programs had a large number of
students who'd be likely to receive the BEST Plus in FY05, so I could target
these programs for potentially having a BEST Plus trainer on staff. So it
may not be totally accurate for FY04 student numbers.

Thanks for the directory. I have a question:
What does the "Students" column represent? total ESOL enrollment, number of
slots in classes that will get BEST Plus/ # of expected administrations of
BEST Plus? or .....?
