[Bestplus] Co-training on Best Plus

Hi, everyone--

I spoke with Carol Van Duzer, and she is fine with trainers co-training
together if they wish.  Just some caveats--please speak to your program
director first before you schedule a co-training so he/she is okay with it,
since this would double the amount of time you are involved in training, and
that wasn't part of the original plan that program director's were aware of.
Also, unfortunately, we can't double your payment if 2 people do a training
instead of one.   I wish we could, but we can't!
