Hi all
I would add that hence the BEST PLUS training requires someone to be
familiar with using the mouse, key board, scoring etc, the program directors
should also play an important role too in selecting the participants. They
should make sure that whoever they send to a training would be an assesst
to the entire program upon his/her training. It does not help the program to
send somebody because she/he is available or willing to take a training.
Participants should be sent to the a training because the program believes
that they would play an important role in training and after training. This
is what i would add to the policy.
Richard
