[Bestplus] FW: problem with an order?

Hi, everyone--One program was having trouble with CAL knowing if their order
for test administrations had gone through, and I expect this will (or
already has) cropped up for all of you as well. I thought Breana's response
would be helpful to you. It would be great if they had a way to check, but
I expect it is a big task to figure out, so it might be a while before they
have a system down. At least we know...

Thanks--
Jane

Hi Jane,
We have received and processed a purchase order for 500 tests, PO #
4350053, for Methuen ALC. We have not been providing acknowledgment of
receipt of orders simply because there are too many to email or call
about each one, but I have been considering implementing something along
those lines.

If anyone has questions about their materials orders in the future, they
can email bpmaterials at cal.org or call 1-866-845-2378, Option #2 for
materials.

Thanks,
Breana

Hi, Breana, how are you? I received a call from Shirley Callan at the
Methuen (Massachusetts) Adult Learning Center. She says she mailed a
P.O.
to you in late May to purchase 500 test administrations, then spoke to
you
in late June and you asked them to fax a copy of the original PO, and
they
are concerned because they have not received any confirmation that the
order
has gone through. Is there something they are missing in the process?
I'll
be happy to communicate to her anything that they should do differently
in
the order process. Thank you for looking into it--

Jane Schwerdtfeger
