Hi, everyone--this info below seemed different from what we first heard from
CAL, but I could be mistaken. I thought you'd find it helpful too. I will
change the info on our website.

Jane

Hello Jane,
We actually don't accept orders via email or phone, they must be faxed
or mailed to us, along with a copy of the purchase order if that is how
the program is paying for the administrations. Requesting purchase
codes, however, can be done via email (bpcode at cal.org) or phone
(1-866-845-2378). So, ordering tests must be in paper, accessing tests
can be done electronically.

Hope this helps to clarify the process!

Hi, Breana, how are you? I heard form a program that they were told
you'd
prefer that they fax or call in orders for test administrations, rather
than
receiving the order by email. Is that correct? if so, I want to remove
from our website that programs can email you, so we don't bug you!
Thanks
for letting me know.
