[Bestplus] Your help needed

Hi, Betty--
It is 6 hours, but not including any breaks for lunch and bathroom
breaks--so the training usually goes from 9-4.
 
No, the people you rain won't have to do the video this year.  We will be in
the process of developing a shorter video for them to score, but it won't be
ready this year--hopefully by next September (a year from this coming
September). I wish we had something, but we don't.  Any suggestions?

I have a question:  In calculating the cost of training a BEST+
Administrator, you say the training is 7 hours here.  I thought it was 6
hours.
 
Will the people we train be required to score the video? (about 3 hours of
their time). I hope so, for practice) ...but I'm not sure.
