Hello folks,

The tech support folks at SABES are putting together a Tech Support Tip
Sheet to help folks deal with technology issues around BEST Plus. 
Deborah Snow, Technology Team Coordinator, would like you to send her
short descriptions of any questions you have about tech, problems you
have encountered or might encounter, or anything tech related that comes
up when you start doing your observations and trainings.
