[Bestplus] BEST+ video?

MessageI received mine on Thursday of last week.  It came FedEx from CAL with a return postage paid envelope to use to send the video and paperwork back.

    Hi All,

    Has anyone received the CAL video? On my "chart" I see the scoring target date was April 19th. I'm just hoping that my copy is not stuck between the table and the wall at the post office! - you know, that one piece of mail that gets delivered 12 months later.  :(
