[Bestplus] Expectations of trainers.

Hello all,

ACLS and SABES have developed an Expectations and Guidelines for
Massachusetts BEST Plus Trainers document, attached, to guide your
contractual work.  Your SABES Regional Support Center will be
contracting with you directly; in those contracts you will find this
document either attached or language from it reflected.
