   ASE Teacher's Group "Tackling the Tough Stuff" 

 A two session science workshop series for GED Teachers

Thursday April 3 and Thursday May 8

 

There is still time to register for this dynamic workshop.  Michele Bahr
will dazzle you with innovative techniques and hands on science lessons.
You will leave with a greater understanding of science and how to
present science to your learners.

Reminder 2

 

 Teaching Job Readiness in the ABE/ESOL Classroom

Thursday April 3 - 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 

(Lunch will be provided)

 

Martha Oesch will help you to teach job readiness to your learners.  You
will develop the skills necessary to foster learner success in the
workforce and in the community while in your classroom.  You will
explore ways to integrate job readiness skills into your current ABE or
ESOL curriculum.  Martha will also help you to recognize what job
readiness skills you may already teach.
