[Abesoutheast] REEP Writing Assessment certification training opportunity

SABES SE will run a REEP training session here on Saturday, December 1.
Both administration and scoring training will be done in this all day
session.  As this will most likely be the only time we run the REEP
training this year, we recommend that you plan accordingly.
