Please join Mev Miller for this Sharing Our Thoughts related workshop.  

 

Adult learning theory and student persistence studies indicate that
building on student-centered learning and integrating student experience
support student achievement. This workshop will address these issues,
among others: practitioners' self-confidence as leaders or developers of
leadership; leadership qualities; leadership as compared to involvement;
participatory practices; collaboration/cooperation; goal-setting and
decision-making; classroom to program involvement; dialogs and power;
and other connected issues.
