[Abesoutheast] Integrating Assessment into Classroom Practice

We know we need to administer required assessments to report learner
gain, but what about the authentic assessment that needs to happen in
the classroom to inform instruction and show students the progress they
are making that may not be reflected via the required assessment tools?


 

Integrating Assessment into Classroom Practice will engage participants
in developing assessments that will guide their teaching practice.
Authentic assessment techniques will be stressed.  

 

The development of learning objectives and their connection to
assessment and the MA ABE Curriculum Frameworks will be identified,
which will ultimately help with lesson planning!
