Hello colleagues,
The Working Conditions Committee of MCAE (the Mass. Coalition for Adult Education) is doing an on-line survey of the working conditions of practitioners (including teachers, counselors, and program administrators) across the state. It's very important that we get a good response so that we can learn about the range of working conditions and how they are affecting the welfare and retention of experienced, qualified educators in our field (and, indirectly, the success of our students). 

Please look at the attached flyers to learn about the on-line survey and the face-to-face focus groups that are being organized, and please participate! Massachusetts is the first state to be conducting such a thorough survey and this could be an exciting first step in improving conditions across the field.
