As ABE practitioners, we know how difficult it can be to get our student
to that next level with reading where they are truly "reading to learn".
Intriguing research done in this area can inform and/or refresh your
current practice in the teaching of reading.  

  

SABES SE is offering a unique professional development opportunity which
will allow you to focus on reading research while learning about how to
apply it in a contextualized manner using the ELA frameworks. 

 

This is a 2-part series that involves a bit of on-line activity (giving
you some flexibility in completing your professional development
requirements.) 

 

10 PDPs will be awarded to those who participate in both parts of the
series and complete workshop requirements.

register as soon as possible if interested.
