Looking For Writers
Technology in ABE
Are you a technopro? A techophobe? Anything in between?
The winter 2007 issue of Field Notes will focus on technology in ABE. If
you are doing something creative with the use of technology in your
teaching or program, or if you have some practical information to share
with us, please submit. We are looking for the following:
* Articles (1,000 words or less) on distance learning-for
professional development or teaching
* Recommendations for Web sites you couldn't live without
* Descriptions of hardware that make practice easier, fun, or
more effective somehow-(Skype? etc)
* Recommendations for self-paced student Web programs to
enhance classroom learning
* Anything else you can think of that relates to the topic
Deadline: September 15.
Please email Lenore Balliro, editor, if you want to submit so I can
reserve a space for you.
Please go to Field Notes on the SABES Web site for submission guidelines
www.sabes.org.
