[Abesoutheast] paid PREP conference assistance

Hi all:

 

Registrations for PREP conference 2007 are going very well. If you
haven't already registered, we hope you will consider attending.  In
addition to some exciting PD programming for staff and students, you'll
have opportunities to view wonderful multicultural displays and peruse
educational materials available through SABES and Thomson Heinle.  And,
of course, they'll be ample time to eat, and try out some Latin dance
moves.

 

At this time we are soliciting (paid) volunteers that would be willing
to man the registration table and serve as "greeters", directing people
to their sessions and to the restrooms.  We are paying a stipend of $50
to these individuals, who we would need to be available from about
(ideally 4:00) - 4:30 -5:10 and then again after dinner 6:45ish - 7:10.
We could use up to 4 people.
