EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR

 

Progressive not for profit Community Action Agency seeks an energetic,
dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead the development and
expansion of adult education, workforce and asset development
initiatives targeted to low income adults in Quincy, Weymouth, Braintree
and surrounding communities. Will also manage daily operations of
existing MA Dept.of Education Adult Basic Education/ESOL program and the
Learning Links Technology Center. Must be a skillful communicator and
effective project developer and manager with proven ability to build and
sustain community partnerships. Bachelor's Degree required. Masters
degree preferred. 5+ years management/supervisory experience in related
field.
