[Abesoutheast] SABES Southeast registration guidelines

Hi everyone,

As we go into the new academic year, there are a couple of
registration-related protocols we'd like to reiterate....

 

1)       We strongly encourage people to register via the SABES website
[http://calendar.sabes.org/]. Just remember, that this registration does
NOT confirm your place in a workshop until you receive an official email
from Janet Dutra, our staff assistant.

2)       Please only register once! If you register for a workshop via
the website, please do NOT call as well. Janet will acknowledge your
email directly and confirm registration.

3)       If you phone in your registration and need to leave a message,
please clearly state your full name, program name and phone number.

4)       If you plan to regularly attend a share group (GED, teacher
writing, volunteer coordinators, etc.), you MUST register for each
individual meeting. 

5)       It is especially important that you provide us with your home
phone number. Please review our guidelines for cancellations and weather
related issues - this can be found on our website at:
http://www.sabes.org/southeast/registration.htm 

6)       We sometimes send cancellation notices, workshop-related
messages, and sometimes documents via email to workshop participants.
Please check your email prior to attending a workshop. 

 

Thanks. We hope these guidelines will make the registration process as
useful as possible for all of us.
