Please note that the announcement in my previous post was about the 2012 Senate version of the AEEG Act. The National Coalition for Literacy supports the House version, sponsored by Congressman Hinojosa and reintroduced in 2011. Perhaps someone from the NCL could outline the differences and why it supports the House version.
