Hi David,

This article reflects the lack of thought/follow through Adult Ed
receives from Congress.

I have a question that is related. Do you know the regulations
surrounding MA chapter 75? I believe this chapter of Massachusetts law
allows cities/towns to pay for technical training at regional technical
high schools for their adult citizens who never engaged in technical
training. I learned that many adult do not have the
energy/time/transportation necessary to attend college

Thanks in advance
Michele
