[AAACE-NLA] How states are using ARRA (stimulus) money for adult literacy education

I looked under Iowa and not much mentioned for adult education. Most of the money goes for schools under certain areas such as special education. The money is going to be used to back fill areas in education where the schools need the funds. I'm not sure if the state library of Iowa has any stimulus funds for technology and computer literacy .
The governor has about 85 million for funding as he wishes so there is some money.
