Hi Debbie, and others.

I am not sure if there is a URL for Thursday Notes. (Anyone know?) I  
get the notes weekly as an email subscriber. You could contact OVAE  
and ask to subscribe. The target audience, I believe, is state ABE  
Directors (and their staffs)
