Hello Ryan,
I am not aware that the information you have asked for exists on the
Office of Vocational and Adult Education/US Department of Education
(OVAE) Web site. You might contact OVAE directly to find out.

If you find that OVAE does have the data, please let us know. Of
course, the OVAE data would only include OVAE-funded programs, and
there are many community-based, volunteer-based, and other adult
basic education programs that do not receive OVAE (or any public)
funding.
