Hello Marcia,

I post this report each year to the AAACE-NLA discussion list.  I  
also use the list to gather some of the data.  So far I have 1/3 of  
the states reporting on 07-08.  Attached is last year's report . Over  
80% of the states reported.  It looks like you are already subscribed  
to the AAACE-NLA list, where you will see this year's report, but if
