A related question: How about waiting lists for ProLiteracy?? Do we have any
info on this? I know some ProLiteracy programs operate on their own, without
state or federal support. This is VERY necessary information, if we are to
get a picture that accords somewhat with reality.

The National Council of State Directors of Adult Education is finalizing a
waiting list survey from all of the states for the 2005-06 program year.
