Taking up on Andrea's recommendation I plan to list the contributors to our
ever emerging document.  I am defining contributor as one who provided
textual recommendations that I incorporated into the document, though I know
that doesn't exhaust what is meant by contribution.

In any event, if I have overlooked you, which I'm sure I've overlooked
(forgotten) some, or if I have misspelled your name, and you would like to
be included on the list, please contact me by this Friday either at
george.demetrion at lvgh.org or gdemetrion at msn.com.  Also contact me if your
name is listed below but you do not want your name attached.
