[George Demetrion]

Taking up on Andrea's recommendation I plan to list the contributors to
our ever emerging document.  I am defining contributor as one who
provided textual recommendations that I incorporated into the document,
though I know that doesn't exhaust what is meant by contribution.

In any event, if I have overlooked you, which I'm sure I've overlooked
(forgotten) some, or if I have misspelled your name, and you would like
to be included on the list, please contact me by this Friday either at
